Discord bot (TypeScript)
discord.js v14 rules and an add-a-slash-command skill for building a Discord bot that registers commands properly and never leaks its token.
- 2 2 Rules
- 1 1 Skills
- – 0 MCP
Codex reads AGENTS.md from the project root (and from parent folders), and skills from .agents/skills/<name>/SKILL.md. That makes it the simplest agent to equip: most loadouts install for Codex with no adapter at all.
MCP servers are the exception. Codex keeps them in ~/.codex/config.toml as TOML rather than in a project JSON file, so loadouts with an MCP config give you a manual step with the exact server to add.

Connect the read-only Agent Loadout MCP server and ask Codex CLI for "a loadout for my Godot jam". It can search, read files and get install paths for Codex CLI without you copying anything. Set-up for every agent.
codex mcp add agent-loadout --url https://loadout.jnw-it.com/mcp
Codex CLI reads AGENTS.md. Agent Loadout keeps the shared rules in AGENTS.md so one set of rules works across agents.
Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file. For Codex CLI they go in .agents/skills/<skill-name>/SKILL.md, relative to the project root.
Codex reads MCP servers from ~/.codex/config.toml (TOML, not JSON). Add each server with `codex mcp add` or copy the URL into an [mcp_servers.<name>] table.
Add the read-only server at https://loadout.jnw-it.com/mcp: codex mcp add agent-loadout --url https://loadout.jnw-it.com/mcp. It needs no sign-in, and lets Codex CLI search loadouts and fetch exact install steps itself.
